1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the okgk website at okgk.ws, creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet, or using any feature of the okgk platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and okgk (the "Platform").

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the okgk platform regardless of the device, browser, or method by which they access it. If you are using the platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account if one has been opened.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the okgk platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. okgk operates as a strictly adults-only platform and will not knowingly permit anyone under 21 years of age to register or use the platform.
• You must be registering and using the platform on your own behalf, using your own genuine identity, and not on behalf of a third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the okgk platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of okgk or any of its affiliated companies, or a close family member of any such person.
• You must not be self-excluded or voluntarily or involuntarily excluded from any gambling platform as a result of a problem gambling declaration or a regulatory order.

okgk reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time by requesting documentation, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the okgk platform including depositing, betting, and claiming bonuses, you are required to register an account. The following rules apply to all account registrations:

• Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the okgk platform. Creating or attempting to create multiple accounts — including by using different email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these terms.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okgk login credentials — your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. okgk will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• okgk reserves the right to conduct identity and age verification checks (KYC) at any point during your registration or subsequent use of the platform. You agree to cooperate fully with any such verification requests and to provide all documentation requested within the timeframe specified.
• You must notify okgk support at [email protected] promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party or if your login credentials have been compromised. okgk will investigate and, where appropriate, take steps to secure the account.

okgk does not permit the transfer of accounts between users. An okgk account is personal to the registered holder and may not be sold, assigned, gifted, or otherwise transferred to any other person under any circumstances.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

okgk supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of Bangladesh-friendly payment methods. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed instantly in the vast majority of cases. Where a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, please contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method from which the corresponding deposit was made, subject to KYC verification. okgk reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. okgk does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals made using local Bangladesh payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Processing fees may apply to international card transactions; these will be displayed at the time of the transaction.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members, friends, or any other person — are strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of your okgk account.
• okgk applies anti-money laundering (AML) procedures to all financial transactions. Unusual or suspicious transaction patterns will be investigated and may be referred to relevant authorities. okgk cooperates fully with any regulatory or law enforcement requests it receives in connection with financial transactions on the platform.

Deposits made to the okgk platform are for gaming purposes only and cannot be used for any other purpose. okgk is not a bank or financial institution and does not pay interest on account balances. Deposits that are not used for gaming activity within 12 months of the last transaction on the account may be classified as dormant and are subject to the dormant account provisions set out in the relevant section of these terms.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

okgk offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms and conditions applicable to the individual promotion:

• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement — expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (for example, 20x) — will be clearly stated in the promotion-specific terms at the time the bonus is claimed.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred to another account. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, per household, and per payment method.
• okgk reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any wagers placed on games that are excluded from contributing to wagering requirements will not count towards the rollover of a bonus.
• okgk reserves the right to cancel and void any bonus awarded as a result of a technical error, system fault, or promotional abuse. If bonus funds have already been wagered when such cancellation occurs, only the original deposit amount will be retained in the account.
• Bonus expiry dates apply to all promotions. Any unwagered bonus funds remaining after the expiry date stated in the promotion-specific terms will be automatically removed from the account without notice.

okgk may at its sole discretion offer personalised promotions to specific users based on their gaming history. These offers are non-transferable and may not be combined with other promotions unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules govern all sports betting and casino wagering activity on the okgk platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. No bet may be cancelled or amended by the user after it has been accepted by the okgk platform, except where the platform expressly permits in-play cash-out options for a specific market.
• In the event of a technical failure, system error, or communication breakdown that affects the recording or settlement of a bet, okgk reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the staked amount to the user's account.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games on the okgk platform. These limits are displayed at the time of placing a bet and may vary by market, game type, and user account status.
• All casino game outcomes on the okgk platform are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG ensures that every spin, card deal, and dice roll is entirely independent of all previous outcomes and cannot be predicted or manipulated.
• okgk reserves the right to void and reverse any winnings that are determined to have resulted from a manifest error — including a pricing error on a sports market, a software display error, or a miscommunication of odds. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the user's account.

7 Responsible Gaming

okgk is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its members. The platform provides a range of tools to help users manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account to control their spending. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased for 24 hours to prevent impulsive decisions.
• Session time reminders: users may configure session time reminders that alert them when they have been playing for a specified duration, helping them to take regular breaks.
• Cooling-off periods: users may request a temporary cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which their account will be suspended from all betting and gaming activity.
• Self-exclusion: users who feel that gambling is becoming a serious problem may request permanent self-exclusion from the okgk platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once applied, cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

8 Prohibited Conduct

• Registering more than one account or attempting to circumvent a previous account closure, ban, or self-exclusion by opening a new account.
• Using software tools, bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports betting market on the platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including coordinating bets, sharing account access, or any other scheme designed to exploit the platform's bonus system or betting markets.
• Depositing funds using a payment method that does not belong to you, or using fraudulently obtained payment details.
• Attempting to launder money or use the okgk platform to conduct, facilitate, or conceal any illegal financial activity.
• Abusing the platform's customer support team through offensive, threatening, or harassing communications, whether by email, live chat, or any other channel.

okgk monitors platform activity continuously and employs automated and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Users found to have engaged in any prohibited conduct will have their account permanently closed, any pending withdrawals cancelled, and all balances forfeited. okgk reserves the right to pursue civil or criminal remedies against users who cause it financial or reputational harm through prohibited conduct.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the okgk platform — including but not limited to the okgk brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, sounds, images, and the selection and arrangement thereof — is the exclusive property of okgk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, adapt, modify, translate, frame, or create derivative works from any content on the okgk platform without prior written consent from okgk. Any unauthorised use of okgk's intellectual property will constitute an infringement and may result in legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, okgk excludes all liability for the following:

• Any loss of funds arising from your voluntary decision to place bets or wagers on the okgk platform. Gambling involves inherent financial risk and okgk cannot guarantee any return on funds wagered.
• Any interruption, delay, or failure of the platform arising from circumstances beyond okgk's reasonable control, including internet service disruptions, power outages, server failures, or other force majeure events.
• Any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account login credentials, including losses arising from unauthorised access to your account by a third party.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising in connection with your use of the okgk platform, even if okgk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

okgk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time. Circumstances that may lead to suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including eligibility violations, multiple account creation, or prohibited conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by okgk following a verification request.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other activity that okgk reasonably believes may be unlawful.
• A user's voluntary request to close their account or to activate a self-exclusion period.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, okgk reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance. Where an account is closed at the user's own request and no breach has occurred, any verified balance remaining after the deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements will be returned to the user via their registered payment method.

12 Privacy

okgk collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the okgk platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may access the full Privacy Policy at any time via the link in the footer of every page of the okgk website.

13 Changes to These Terms

okgk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, okgk will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered users by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. The effective date of any revision will be updated at the top of the Terms & Conditions page.

Your continued use of the okgk platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. 14 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. okgk operates as an online entertainment platform and does not make any representation that use of the platform is lawful in all jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws before using the platform.
